Introduction

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy document explains the collection, use and disclosure of information that we receive through Zebra. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services.

This policy describes how Zebra (“we,” “us,” or “Company”) collects, aggregates, stores, safeguards and uses the data and information (including non-public personal information, or “NPI”) provided by users through our website, getzebra.xyz (the “Site”), as well as information collected by us through other means, including by email, over the phone, or in offline communications. This Site is operated by the Company and has been created to provide information about our company, products, and services (together, the “Services”). This policy applies to the Site, the Services, and our mobile, tablet and other smart device applications, and application program interfaces (collectively, “Application”). The Site, Application and Services together are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Site.”

We take your privacy and the security of your information seriously.

This policy is incorporated into and a material term of your registration and/or use of Company's products and services, including our website, getzebra.xyz. By using the Site, you consent to the practices set forth in this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and to reflect any changes in our collection, processing, and/or retention of personal data.

What information we collect

In these exceptional circumstances, such information will be sent to you regardless of your Marketing Communication preferences.

If you send us a request (e.g., via a support email or via our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.

We may share your data with the following parties for legal and business purposes. We are not in the business of selling your information, there are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your personal data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:

We are a global business, and your personal data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are a resident. These countries may have different privacy and data protection laws to your country of residence.

Our company is located in Singapore, and our subsidiaries and affiliated companies and third-party service providers and partners operate around the world. This means that when we collect your personal data, we may process it in any of these countries. However, we have taken appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal data will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our contractual commitments.

Our retention of your personal data

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal data, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We may also retain your personal data during the period needed for us to pursue our legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Links to other websites

The Site may have links to third-party websites, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. We are not responsible for the practices of such sites, nor does any such link imply that Company endorses or has reviewed the third-party site subject to such link. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.

Children and minors

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any personal data through the Site. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal data without the parent’s permission.
